If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 12 days of purchase, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a refund, just follow these simple steps:

Include a copy of your receipt so we can find your order easily.

Make sure your product is unused and in its original packaging.

You’re welcome to open the box and take a look at your stroller, just be gentle! We ask that everything is returned in brand-new condition or else we won't be able to refund you.
We’ll then guide you through the next steps and organise your refund as soon as the return is received and checked.
There is no cost to you, we cover shipping.

Can I return my stroller if I’ve opened the box?
Yes! We want you to see your Pronto in real life. You can open the packaging and inspect the product, but to qualify for a full refund, it must remain unused and be returned in its original condition.
What if something is damaged when I open the box?
If your item arrives damaged or something’s not quite right, please get in touch with us straight away. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
What if I’ve used the stroller once or taken it outside?
Our Pronto Promise covers returns on unused items only. Once the stroller has been used or shows signs of wear, we’re unable to offer a full refund. But if you’re unsure, send us a message, we’re always happy to chat through your options. If you're looking to try it out, our Pronto Preview might be the right option for you!
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No, we cover all shipping costs if you decide to return your stroller for change of mind.
How long does the refund take?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a few business days. We’ll always keep you in the loop.
