Will the Pronto fit in the boot of my car?
Yes, the Pronto Stroller Wagon fits in the boot of most Australian cars, including smaller vehicles. For comparison, the Pronto fits comfortably in the boot of a Suzuki Swift when placed on its side with the wheels attached. If you need extra space, the wheels can also be removed quickly and easily.
One of the features parents love about the Pronto wagon is that it folds down with the seat fittings and most accessories still attached. That means you usually won’t need to completely reconfigure the stroller wagon every time you pack it into the car, making everyday outings faster and easier for busy families.
How do I know if Pronto is right for my family?
Choosing the right stroller wagon comes down to your family’s lifestyle, the ages of your children and how you plan to use it day-to-day. Pronto is designed for Australian families who want a stroller that can adapt as their children grow, whether you have twins, multiple young children or simply need more flexibility than a traditional pram offers.
The Pronto Stroller Wagon includes features designed to give families long-term value, including ergonomic seating, high weight capacity, generous storage and flexible configurations for different stages of childhood. Many families choose Pronto because it works for everyday errands, outdoor adventures, travel and busy family life without needing to upgrade strollers as quickly.
We also understand that buying a stroller wagon online is a big decision. That’s why we offer free 14-day returns Australia-wide. If your Pronto arrives and you decide it is not the right fit for your family, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help organise the return process. You can read our full returns policy here: Pronto Returns & Exchanges Policy
It seems really big, and heavy, is it bulky?
No. Despite its large seating space and storage capacity, the Pronto Stroller Wagon is actually one of the lightest and most compact stroller wagons available in Australia.
The Pronto wagon is designed with a narrower frame than many comparable stroller wagons, measuring just 68cm wide. Since standard Australian doorways are typically around 82cm wide, Pronto is built to move easily through shopping centres, cafes, doorways and everyday spaces without the oversized feel many parents worry about.
To maximise comfort for children while keeping the stroller compact, Pronto is slightly longer at 120cm. This gives children more room to sit, nap, eat and play comfortably without compromising manoeuvrability for parents.
At 16.3kg, the Pronto Stroller Wagon is also significantly lighter than many other stroller wagons on the Australian market and sits within a similar weight range to many full-size double prams and twin strollers.
How do I maintain the fabric? I'm worried my kids will make a mess...
The Pronto Stroller Wagon is designed for real family life, so messy kids, snack spills and muddy shoes are absolutely expected. The premium polyester fabric used in the Pronto body kits is both water-resistant and stain-resistant, making it easy to keep your stroller wagon looking clean and fresh.
For everyday messes like milk, snacks, cordial or sticky fingerprints, most parents find that a simple baby wipe or damp cloth does the job quickly. For tougher stains like mud, dirt around the footwell or slime, warm water, mild dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge are usually all you need. The fabric is designed to clean easily with light spot cleaning, especially when spills are treated early.
Because the material is stain-resistant, many families feel more confident choosing the colour they genuinely love instead of worrying about everyday mess.
What are the seating configurations for my two children?
The Pronto Stroller Wagon offers flexible seating configurations designed to grow with your family from baby through to toddlerhood. Each Pronto includes two full-sized toddler seats with adjustable harnesses that can be tailored for both smaller babies and older toddlers.
One of the most popular features of the Pronto wagon is the ability to switch quickly between bassinet mode and upright toddler seating in seconds, without complicated reconfiguration. The supportive 90-degree seats are designed for children from around 6 months of age, helping provide a more ergonomic and comfortable seating position during outings.
If you have a younger baby and an older child, Pronto also allows you to use the bassinet function for one child while your toddler continues riding comfortably in the second seat. This makes the stroller wagon a practical option for siblings of different ages, twins and growing families looking for long-term flexibility.
Why is there a zip under the canopy awning?
The zip located under the canopy awning is designed to securely attach Pronto accessories, including the blackout sleeping cover, mosquito net and sun shade.
This built-in zip system helps create a snug, secure fit so accessories stay properly in place while you’re out and about. It also makes switching between accessories quick and easy, whether you’re protecting your child from insects, creating a darker sleep space for naps on the go or adding extra sun protection during outdoor adventures.
Is Pronto really all-terrain?
Yes, the Pronto Stroller Wagon is a genuine all-terrain stroller wagon designed for Australian families who want the freedom to go beyond smooth shopping centre floors.
Pronto is built to handle grass, gravel, footpaths, parks, bush tracks and uneven terrain with ease. For rough or bumpy surfaces, you can activate the front wheel lock for improved stability and straighter tracking — a feature commonly found on premium jogging strollers.
The stroller wagon is engineered with 12 double-ball bearings that support a consistent load capacity of up to 100kg, helping deliver a smooth and stable ride even when fully loaded. Its straight-line front and rear suspension system absorbs bumps and unexpected obstacles, while the front wheel fixation system helps reduce swaying and improves manoeuvrability across different terrain types.
Like most stroller wagons and prams, soft sand can be more difficult to push. In these situations, we recommend pulling the Pronto instead.
Pronto is also one of the first passenger stroller wagons to pass testing for both a 200kg instantaneous load and a 100kg consistent load, reinforcing its strength, durability and suitability for real family life.
Why are there two toggles dangling from my canopy?
The two toggles attached to your Pronto canopy each serve a different purpose and are designed to make everyday use of your stroller wagon easier.
One set of toggles is used for the extra-wide peek-a-boo window, allowing you to easily check on your children while maintaining airflow and visibility inside the stroller wagon.
The second set is designed to secure the blackout sleeping cover or mosquito net when rolled up. This allows you to keep your Pronto accessories attached and neatly stored on the stroller wagon, so they are always ready when you need them without needing to remove and repack them each time.
What are the seating configurations for my baby?
For newborns, the Pronto Stroller Wagon is primarily used in bassinet mode, creating a comfortable and spacious area for your baby to lie flat. Many Australian families use the bassinet setup for supervised naps, tummy time, play and everyday outings during the newborn stage.
As your baby grows and is able to sit independently and hold their head up confidently — usually around 6 months of age — they can transition into the Pronto toddler seat. The adjustable harness system is designed to accommodate both smaller babies and older children, allowing the stroller wagon to adapt as your family grows.
One of the benefits of the Pronto wagon is that it offers long-term flexibility without needing separate bulky attachments or complicated seating changes, making it practical for newborns, toddlers, siblings and twins.
Which capsules are compatible with Pronto?
The Pronto Stroller Wagon capsule adapter is compatible with a range of popular infant car seat capsules commonly used in Australia, making it easier for parents to transition from car to stroller without waking their baby.
Pronto capsule adapters are compatible with:
- Maxi-Cosi Mico series
- Nuna Pipa series
- Cybex Aton series
- Cybex Cloud series
This compatibility gives families more flexibility during the newborn stage, especially for parents of twins, siblings close in age or families regularly on the go.
Please note that Pronto capsule adapters are currently unavailable. We recommend joining our mailing list to stay updated on future stock arrivals and product releases.
Can I return my stroller wagon if I’ve opened the box?
Yes.
We understand that purchasing a stroller wagon online is a big decision, so you are welcome to open the box and inspect your Pronto Stroller Wagon in person before deciding if it is right for your family.
To be eligible for a full refund, the stroller wagon must remain unused and be returned in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories included. This gives families the opportunity to see the size, features and quality of the Pronto wagon firsthand while still having peace of mind when ordering online.
What if something is damaged when I open the box?
If your Pronto Stroller Wagon arrives damaged or something doesn’t look right when you open the box, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Our team is committed to providing supportive, responsive customer service for our families, and we’ll work with you to organise replacement parts, troubleshooting or the next steps needed to get your stroller wagon sorted as smoothly as possible.
What if I’ve used the pram wagon once or taken it outside?
The Pronto Promise return policy applies to unused stroller wagons only. If the Pronto Stroller Wagon has been used outdoors or shows signs of wear, we’re unable to offer a full refund.
We know every family’s situation is different though, so if you’re unsure whether your stroller wagon qualifies for a return, we encourage you to contact our team. We’re always happy to chat through your options and help find the best solution where possible.
