Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 7 days from the from the date of purchase, as indicated on the sales receipt, for a full refund. You must notify us within 7 days of purchase, by contacting hello@prontostroller.com.au to be eligible for a full refund on your purchase.

Additionally, you must provide a copy of your original receipt and products must be unused, and returned in the original packaging.

The product may be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectations. If the product is damaged, you may not receive a refund.

Unfortunately we do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please go through the returns process. After that, you can order a replacement product by placing a new order online.
